They're not comfortable for long distance walking. But they're not meant to be worn for long periods unassisted. I wore them to a club once. As long as you're able to sit for periods of time and have something to help you balance for longer periods of walking, it's tolerable.
It all depends on the individual. Some people cant walk across the room in one inch boot heals and others could run a marathon in nine inch stilettos.
I have been wearing hooves longer than I have been a furry (over two decades) and I can not only walk outside in uneven grass in hooves but I can pull a pony cart with a rider wail doing so.

I use polo pony raps on my hoofs to hide that I am wearing pony boots.
