User talk:Donkask/Federal Supreme Court of Ethiopia
Peer Review
editI really like the basis that this article is written on. I think this information will be incredibly important especially given the current events pertaining to Ethiopia at the moment. That being said, beyond expansion of previous topics, I think adding empirical number-backed evidence would be beneficial if at all possible. What I mean by this is instead of simply saying cassation over cassation will likely cause problems in the future, it might be good to give a case example of this action taking place or a percentage backed response as to what the effect actually might be.

editThe sections of this article divide the information it presents in a logical, easy-to-understand manner. I do think that it would be helpful to expand on the “History and Overview” section—the article mentions that “the framers of the [FDRE] constitution entrusted the House of Federation instead of the courts,” but when, if ever, did that change? Has the power held by the Federal Supreme Court of Ethiopia changed over the years? It might also help to mention well-known, controversial court cases in your “Controversy and Criticism” section, or elsewhere in the article to provide examples of what falls under the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction and how the Supreme Court has influenced modern-day Ethiopian politics.
